– Delivering a complete overhaul of Saffery Champness’ online presence incl. website, email marketing, social media, content strategy, search engine optimization (SEO), and redesigned logo
– Leading internal senior management steering group to ensure website alignment with corporate vision/values
– Ensuring best fit agencies via managed tender/pitch processes incl. managing agencies through exploration, design, and build phases to deliver against expectation/requirements
– Developing people centric content strategies, guidelines for future organic content creation, benchmark guidelines and targets incl. monitoring Google Analytics to ensure optimized content for future SEO
– Developing/driving digital marketing strategies to maximise ROI for digital channels post website relaunch
