As well as my professional experience, I have studied at a number of highly regarded institutions. I graduated with a BA (hons) in Public Policy and Management, in 2002, and an MSc in Publishing Studies, in 2003, from the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen. I also completed a semester at the University of Calgary as part of my Undergraduate degree.
Additionally, I obtained a post graduate Diploma in Digital Marketing from The IDM, in 2011, completed Google’s Squared programme in 2014, and in 2018 I completed Harvard’s Cybersecurity: Managing Risk in the Information Age course, and am a Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant.
